1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cachist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cachist provides a global distributed cache layer that allows users to store and search data (Text and JSON) using Regex and JSON Query DSL with sub-millisecond performance.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and authentication link access.
Prohibited Use: You may not use our cache for illegal purposes, including but not limited to, storing malware or unauthorized data.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate email information for account and billing purposes.

4. Payment and Billing

Infrastructure Fee: A monthly fee of $1 per active API key.
Usage Credits: Charges are based on credit consumption for operations like GET, SET, and Search.
No Commitment: You can cancel any key or subscription at any time to stop being charged from that moment onwards (billed pro-rata).
Free Allowance: We provide 10k credits monthly for free, but reserve the right to modify this allowance.

5. Service Availability and Performance

We strive to maintain sub-millisecond latencies across our North American nodes. However, service availability is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cachist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our caching services, including but not limited to data loss or downtime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect abusive behavior, failure to pay infrastructure fees, or any violation of these terms.
