  • Cached Data: While we store the data you cache (Text and JSON payloads), we do not inspect or use this content for any purpose other than providing our caching and search functionality to you.
  • Payment Information: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details; we only store Stripe customer and subscription IDs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our cache layer services.
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscription.
  • Improve and personalize your experience with advanced search capabilities.
  • Communicate with you regarding support requests or account updates.
  • Prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use of our API keys.

Your account data is stored in our primary database, while cached items are distributed across nuestras global nodes for sub-millisecond performance. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and strict API key-based access control.

  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Resend: Transactional emails and OTP delivery.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection and security challenges.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your API keys and account via the Cachist panel at any time. For full account deletion requests, please contact our support.
